We start the process with a complete analysis to find the reasons for the refund policy. It helps us comprehend the work required to eliminate the potential for project cancellations, reversals or disputes.
  • – You may request cancellation and refund and once we determine if the order can be cancelled or not. If it is too late to stop the process then we will not be able to issue any refunds or credits. More information is shared below.
  • – No payment will be refunded once the client approves the design and process or our team moves into the development phase of the project.
  • – There are also no partial refunds or projects midway through a landmark phase.
  • – No cancellations are welcomed for services for ongoing marketing and branding campaigns.
  • – We do not offer any refunds or payments for projects that are abandoned or laid off for more than 30 days.
  • – We reserve the right to modify the terms of this privacy policy at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting the changes on this page.
