My Social Crux Terms And Conditions

My Social Crux deals with its customers on an entirely professional upfront and itself follows all the protocols from project acceptance to completion. The company thereon asks its clients (beneficiary) to respect & follow the below-mentioned general terms and conditions.

Contract

• – The project will commence after signing the contract involving the company and the beneficiary. The contract holds every crucial information solely related to the project.
• – The company respects your privacy and thus signs an NDA (non-disclosure agreement). Which remains the alibi that any information (image, video clip, audio or written) will not be routed without the consent of My Social Crux.
• – The date of project commencement will be as per the mutual discussion between the company and the beneficiary.
• – In case of ending or transferring the project to a third-party vendor, a notice shall be given by the beneficiary 1-month prior to termination.
• – My Social Crux holds the right to hire expertise from trusted third-party vendors, respecting every clause of the NDA.
• – Anyone except the beneficiary (owner/director/CEO/BDM or DM manager) is eligible to ask for progress reports.
• – Timely progress reports will be sent via mail keeping in the loop the directors of My Social Crux.
• – Upon realization of any unscrupulous activity, the company holds the right to terminate the services immediately even without the consent of the beneficiary.
• – My Social Crux denies responsibility for any direct/indirect loss that is due to a delay in delivery. When the delay is due to a legit cause that is not controlled by the company.

Payment

• – Payments are solely decided by the monthly/quarter and annual packages.
• – No concessions shall be permitted on payments until signed by My Social Crux (director).
• – The beneficiary is liable to pay 50% of the payment at the time of commencement. The rest will be charged at different milestones.
• – As and when the amount is credited, it shall be billed by the company beforehand and the invoice shall be directed to the client.
• – If the client fails to pay for the package without any notice to the company, then it holds the right to terminate the service immediately without asking the client.
• – The only confirmation of payment is the bill.
